when i first got to the letter V in my quest to complete alphabet city....i was stuck. but since then i have "tuned in" and now have a new "vision", hence this post. jess, graciously invited a me over to spend a day focused on a new beginning. after spending last sunday with a wonderful group of dynamic women, i felt the courage to delve into a project that has become bigger and more inspiring than i ever imagined.
this is my Vision Board! close to completion. i am focusing on my heart center...both physically and emotionally. the left side is focused on myself and all the healthy values i want for myself and my family....the right side gets a bit trickier. to be continued. .....
