My Summer of Carbs
As seen here at Menemsha beach....
my sister in law sent me this photo on my birthday and wished me the sweetest birthday wish and gave me a beautiful necklace with coco and may's names on tags.
it was so interesting because it was a week of cleansing and detoxing.....and it was as if my habits and vices came around, full circle. it was such an eye opener and helped in the process of bringing old habits to an end.
